About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a flexible, part-time role providing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in clients’ homes and community settings. The position offers support and guidance from BCBAs, RBT training, and opportunities to grow a career in ABA. The schedule is flexible, with work located within a drive of no more than 30 minutes, and is intended to support work-life balance.

The role involves collecting behavior and skill-acquisition data during therapy sessions and maintaining professionalism while working toward positive outcomes. Candidates should be interested in collaborating with a team of professionals and supporting children with autism.

Requirements

• RBT certification is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle.
• Desire to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.
