About The Position

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Registered Behavior Technician / RBT in Neshaminy School District! The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support. The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA. To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations: School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year. Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB. Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Crisis Prevention Intervention trainings.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalency
  • National certification as an RBT - active
  • Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB
  • Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Crisis Prevention Intervention trainings
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance (current within 12 months)
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance (current within 12 months)
  • PA Department of Education FBI (current within 12 months)
  • TB Screening - current within 3 months
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcript

Nice To Haves

  • Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification.
  • Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs

Responsibilities

  • Direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support.
  • Direct implementation of a crisis management plan.
  • Complex verbal behavior programming.
  • Extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis.
  • Practicing under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA.
