School-based Registered Behavior Technician / RBT
About The Position
Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Registered Behavior Technician / RBT in Neshaminy School District! The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support. The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA. To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations: School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year. Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB. Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Crisis Prevention Intervention trainings.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalency
- National certification as an RBT - active
- Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB
- Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Crisis Prevention Intervention trainings
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance (current within 12 months)
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance (current within 12 months)
- PA Department of Education FBI (current within 12 months)
- TB Screening - current within 3 months
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcript
Nice To Haves
- Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification.
- Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs
Responsibilities
- Direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support.
- Direct implementation of a crisis management plan.
- Complex verbal behavior programming.
- Extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis.
- Practicing under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA.
