About The Position

BH Field is seeking an ethical and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to individuals with IDD/ASD and their families. RBTs work one-to-one with clients, follow behavior-reduction and behavioral-skill-acquisition protocols, and collaborate with clients, families, and supervisors. The organization promotes continuous education and ongoing research in ABA therapy.

The role is based in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and has scheduled sessions Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The position pays $25–$30 per hour. Reliable transportation is required, and the employee must be willing to commute to client locations.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience as an RBT.
• Valid RBT certification number.
• Active driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to commute to clients' case locations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Catalyst or other data-collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior-reduction and behavioral-skill-acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on client behavior.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and the supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during behavioral assessments and in preparing client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.
