About The Position

The Regional VP, Managed Care develops and implements managed care strategies for the organization. The role develops and implements alignment models, including pay for performance, bundled payments, and various forms of risk contracting. It negotiates and administers contracts with managed care payers and is responsible for planning, evaluating, and implementing managed care programs.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of managed care concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strategic thinker who is goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Payer and provider experience preferred.
