About The Position

Affinity Travels is seeking a Regional Travel Consultant to design personalized travel experiences centered around Texas and the surrounding region. The role involves creating itineraries highlighting regional beauty, historic sites, local events, and cultural heritage, as well as assisting clients with regional escapes and Caribbean cruise planning. Consultants recommend accommodations, transportation, and experiences tailored to travelers’ interests, build client relationships through personalized service, stay informed about travel trends and seasonal highlights, and coordinate with trusted partners to support smooth trips. The position is remote and offers flexible hours, with the option to work part-time or full-time. Prior travel, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

Passion for the Midwest, especially Dubuque and its surrounding region.
Friendly, organized, and motivated to help others explore.
Comfortable working independently and communicating with clients.
Fluent in English or Spanish.
