About The Position

Affinity Travels is seeking an Adventure Travel Consultant to design personalized journeys, including rugged escapes across Minnesota, global expeditions, cruises, and immersive cultural tours. This remote opportunity is for someone who enjoys storytelling, nature, and helping people explore meaningful destinations. No prior experience is required. The consultant helps clients plan adventure-focused travel and builds relationships through personalized recommendations. The role can be full-time or part-time, offers flexible scheduling, and is open to candidates working from anywhere in the US or Latin America. Affinity Travels is a boutique travel company specializing in immersive journeys, cultural tours, and cruises that celebrate heritage, connection, and discovery.

Requirements

Passion for adventure, nature, and cultural exploration.
Excellent communication skills and a service-first mindset.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Fluent in English or Spanish.

Experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Design custom itineraries for adventure seekers, including hiking trips, cultural expeditions, and off-the-beaten-path escapes.
Guide clients through destination choices, lodging, transportation, and activities tailored to their travel style.
Build trust and loyalty through personalized service and expert recommendations.
Stay current on global travel trends, seasonal adventures, and local events.
Partner with vendors and tour operators to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences.
