About The Position

Affinity Travels is seeking an Adventure Travel Consultant to create personalized journeys, including outdoor escapes, global expeditions, cruises, and cultural tours. This is a remote role with a flexible schedule, available full-time or part-time, for people who are passionate about adventure and helping clients explore the world. No experience is required. The position is open to candidates based anywhere in the United States or Latin America. The consultant guides clients through destination, lodging, transportation, and activity choices; builds client trust through personalized service and recommendations; stays informed about travel trends and seasonal events; and works with vendors and tour operators to deliver seamless travel experiences. Requirements

Passion for adventure, nature, and cultural exploration.
Excellent communication skills and a service-first mindset.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Fluency in English or Spanish.

Nice To Haves

Experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Design custom itineraries for adventure travelers, including beach stays, hiking trips, cultural expeditions, and off-the-beaten-path escapes.
Guide clients through destination, lodging, transportation, and activity choices tailored to their travel style.
Build trust and loyalty through personalized service and expert recommendations.
Stay current on global travel trends, seasonal adventures, and local events.
Partner with vendors and tour operators to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences.
