About The Position

Affinity Travels is seeking a Remote Travel Consultant to help clients plan trips, including beach escapes, adventure tours, cruises, and family vacations. The consultant works from home, consulting with clients about their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, then researching, recommending, booking, and managing travel arrangements. The company provides tools, training, mentorship, marketing resources, and back-office support. Prior travel industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities.
• Book and manage travel arrangements using preferred supplier platforms.
• Provide customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Stay up to date on travel trends, promotions, and safety protocols.
• Build long-term client relationships.
