About The Position

GardaWorld is seeking a Regional Training & Readiness Manager to support operational excellence and readiness across multiple security sites. The role partners with site and operational leadership to develop teams, deliver consistent training, address operational challenges, and maintain performance, compliance, and security standards across the region. It is remote, with candidates located in Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina preferred, and requires travel of up to 50% to support business needs. The manager leads onboarding and development for Site Security Managers and Site Training Managers, coaches site leaders, conducts field-based evaluations, and delivers remedial, specialized, and scenario-based training. The role also leads tabletop exercises and readiness assessments, helps cover Site Training Manager vacancies when needed, identifies training gaps and corrective actions, and promotes continuous improvement and a culture of learning, accountability, and readiness. The position offers a salary of $80,000–$85,000, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, life insurance options, and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States.
Experience leading training, readiness, operations, security, military, law enforcement, emergency management, or related programs.
Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop frontline leaders and managers.
Experience conducting field assessments, audits, evaluations, or operational reviews.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting multi-site operations.
Background in security operations, critical infrastructure, mission-critical environments, or large-scale operational programs.
Experience conducting tabletop exercises, readiness drills, or emergency preparedness initiatives.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and train-the-trainer methodologies.
Candidates located in Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina are preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding and training for newly hired Site Security Managers.
Support the onboarding and development of Site Training Managers across the region.
Coach, mentor, and guide site leaders through role transitions and ongoing development.
Reinforce training standards, operational procedures, and best practices across multiple locations.
Conduct field-based competency evaluations and performance assessments.
Deliver remedial, specialized, and scenario-based training programs to address operational needs.
Lead tabletop exercises and readiness assessments to strengthen site preparedness.
Plan, facilitate, and evaluate operational readiness exercises, assessments, and training activities to ensure sites meet performance, compliance, and security standards.
Provide temporary coverage for Site Training Manager vacancies when needed.
Partner with operational leadership to identify training gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
Mentor emerging leaders and strengthen leadership bench strength across the region.
Promote consistent training execution and operational excellence standards.
Partner with site leadership to foster a culture of learning, accountability, and readiness.
Perform other duties as assigned.
