About The Position

EōS Fitness is looking for an experienced Talent professional to join their team as a strategic partner in a fast-growing, high-energy environment. This role focuses on partnering with field leadership, building strong relationships, and supporting teams through thoughtful, people-first solutions. Reporting to the Director of Talent Operations, the position will assist in navigating employee relations, guiding leaders on day-to-day people needs, and collaborating with the Talent team to drive consistent processes and a great team member experience.

Requirements

  • 5 years of HR/Talent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in People Operations/Human Resources in an HRBP or similar capacity.
  • Previous experience delivering HR/Talent results in a multi-unit, consumer-facing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of State and Federal labor laws and HR/Talent best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with team members, management, and vendors, i.e. calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of management, team members, customers and vendors.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
  • Proficiency in HR/Talent and business systems including ADP, Greenhouse (ATS), Zendesk, Smartsheet, BI reporting tools, Bridge (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between local business locations to support people matters as needed.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position and move throughout office and gym locations as needed to perform job duties.
  • Ability to regularly operate a computer and other standard office equipment to perform job duties.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, consistent with applicable law.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with field leadership to align talent strategies with business goals and provide guidance on all people matters.
  • Lead complex employee relations issues, balancing compliance, risk and team member experience.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, engagement and team effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistency around company policies and labor laws across multiple states.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational changes and talent development strategies.
  • Oversee LOA, ADA, and workers’ compensation processes in partnership with leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional talent teams to deliver programs, initiatives and system enhancements.
