About The Position

The Americas Logistics team is seeking a Regional Supplier Manager to elevate supply chain performance and manage third-party providers across our logistics operations. You will pair business acumen with strong communication and analytical skills to turn complex network designs into valuable, scalable insights. You will partner with third-party providers to drive tactical and strategic initiatives that enable key insights and allow for informed decision-making. You will transform datasets into business insights with creativity, collaboration, and strategic focus. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their requirements, apply analytics to uncover insights, and provide recommendations to solve network challenges on behalf of our customers. You will communicate findings in relatable terms to leadership, highlighting business impact and guiding strategic decisions, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in Transportation, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • Proficient in analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Proven ability to tell compelling stories using data visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong curiosity for understanding business needs and translating them into tangible outputs.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts to help guide the development of innovative, technology-driven solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in managing Vendors and/or Operations in consumer electronics or technology forward fields.
  • Core functional skills in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Supply/Demand Planning.
  • Proven data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to influence peers and gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrated collaboration, leadership, and influencing skills, with comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
  • Process improvement experience such as Six Sigma or LEAN is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Warehouse/Transportation management systems.
  • Proven track record of handling competing priorities and remaining flexible to changing operational dynamics.
  • Aptitude to synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals, rapidly understand complex business processes, and think strategically to execute operational strategies that produce measurable results.
