Regional Service Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)
About The Position
EquipmentShare is hiring a Regional Service Manager for their Advanced Solutions rental facility in Spokane, WA. This role is responsible for leading a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics) and transforming the construction industry through innovative technology and real-time support. The position involves overseeing service operations across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing service teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a salary range of $110,000-$120,000/yr.
Requirements
- Industry knowledge (rental industry or related construction field), innovative and dependable.
- Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company and able to quickly educate themselves about and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
- Competitive, but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of work planning, scheduling, and other supervisory activities.
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required.
- Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely.
- Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel frequently.
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Oversee service operations across multiple locations within a specific region.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage service teams.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and supervise the quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel.
- Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction and keep them informed about EquipmentShare's offerings.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
- Oversee employee training and development and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
