The Regional Service Coordinator provides administrative support within the Service Department. This role is responsible for coordinating complex projects and service activities to ensure excellent customer service and maintain departmental margins. The incumbent will also assist in training customers on equipment usage and maintenance, liaise with internal departments and technicians to resolve equipment failures, and utilize math and Excel skills for cost-effective solutions. Additionally, the role involves managing orders, supporting technical phone support, completing necessary paperwork, maintaining inventory areas, and entering data into the CRM database. Scheduling service calls, providing quotations, assisting with training seminars, and managing RMA's and NCM processes are also key functions.
