About The Position

LCB Senior Living is hiring a Regional Sales Specialist for the Connecticut / Mid-Atlantic Region. This role is a full-time position with a salary range of $145,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year. The Regional Sales Specialist will be an active member of the operations team, assisting the VP of Sales and Operations with the management of assigned communities. The role involves sales coaching and development, teaching others how to sell the value of LCB's communities and services. The overall objective is to maximize revenue and occupancy by leading and executing strategic sales plans. The role requires competencies of a Consultant, Coach, Collaborator, and Influencer.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of regional experience or sales background, preferably in the health care or service industry.
  • Valid driver's license in the state employed is required.
  • Ability to assist in maintaining the overall census to budgeted goals or above.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a positive image and productive relationships with marketing and referral sources.
  • Organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the overall census to budgeted goals or above.
  • Establish and maintain a positive image and productive relationships with marketing and referral sources.
  • Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living.
  • Represent and interact positively with potential residents, family members, and professionals to grow community occupancy.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities with a positive attitude.
  • Provide sales coaching to Sales and Marketing Directors (SMDs) in the field.
  • Conduct onsite evaluation of skill and competencies.
  • Work closely with the team to strategize on qualified lead generation activity and events.
  • Coach and train to key KPIs for sales execution and success.
  • Lead SMD and community department head sales trainings as a member of the Home Office team.
  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the cluster against competitors.
  • Demonstrate innovative, entrepreneurial thinking in anticipation or response to competitive trends and business development opportunities.
  • Track and respond to market trends in a positive and proactive manner.
  • Provide detailed and accurate periodic sales and marketing productivity reports, including analysis, to community Executive Director and/or LCB senior team.
  • Manage sales and marketing data, audits, training, analysis, and implementation.
  • Ensure all sales data and activity is recorded accurately in Yardi and updated consistently.
  • Monitor major account activity and outreach actions for SMDs and Directors of Business Development (DBDs), providing coaching/training opportunities.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quarterly Sales and Marketing Plans for assigned communities or clusters.
  • Review, code, and approve sales-related invoices and expenses for payment.
  • Manage within the assigned budget.
  • Complete all reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Demonstrate accurate analysis of relevant population market conditions.
