About The Position
LCB Senior Living is hiring a Junior Financial Analyst at the LCB Senior Living Norwood Office. This role is a full-time position. The Financial Analyst will promote the mission and core values of LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, co-workers, and the surrounding community. The essential duties and responsibilities described are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the basic functions of this position. Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven analytical and organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment & ability to take on more tasks as they come.
- Ability to think outside the box, true analytical thinker and not just process follower.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
- 1 -3 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills is a must; Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly grasp new software, IE payroll platforms, Yardi Systems.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Senior Housing/Residential Real Estate preferred.
- Experience with Adaptive favorable.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of key business analytics.
- Annual operating budgets/future forecasting.
- Weekly reporting on key performance metrics to the field.
- Gathering and maintaining requested information for 3rd parties.
- Assisting with ad hoc requests from Investors and Lenders.
