Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
  • Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
  • 3+ years proven sales management experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule on a consistent basis, including evenings, weekend and holidays
  • Ability to work in a sales office if needed from time to time.
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers and external brokers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company
  • Ability to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to move about work location.
  • Ability to drive/travel locally 90% of time.
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs.
  • Ability to observe details at close range and communicate information so others will understand.
  • Ability to transport and move up to 20 lbs and move as needed (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/IT/Land/Marketing/Sales/Studio).
  • Periodically works in outdoor weather conditions (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/Land/Sales).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with customer relationship management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Four Year College Degree (preferred)
  • Broker License (preferred)
  • Experience in home building or related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly engage with sales consultants to monitor progress and provide support, ensuring they meet established targets.
  • Ensure all sales consultants utilize the company's CXP selling process and digital tools like our customer management system for tracking activities and performance.
  • Provide expert guidance and solutions for challenging sales negotiations, helping sales consultants close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales consultants to develop creative strategies that attract potential customers and increase foot traffic.
  • Work with sales consultants to gather and analyze competitor and market data, using this information to enhance sales strategies.
  • Enhance the Realtor Broker Outreach program by building strong relationships with local realtors and brokers, increasing referrals and community engagement.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with all departments to ensure alignment and support in achieving overall business objectives.
  • Lead or assist in recruiting, training, and retaining sales consultants, implementing effective retention strategies to maintain a motivated team.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching based on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and creating development plans.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service through the KB Edge business model, promptly addressing and resolving customer service issues.
