The Regional Sales Manager’s (RSM) primary responsibility is to meet/exceed the company’s sales goals within the assigned territory. This role involves creating and maintaining account and territory plans, fostering a customer-centric culture by building relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders, and adopting a sophisticated approach to professional growth. The RSM will utilize computer-based systems for customer management, complete timely activity reports, and deliver business reviews. They will also assist with trade shows, company sales meetings, and presentations to increase exposure. Additionally, the role requires staying current with accreditation requirements for account access and contributing to project team activities, including coordinating the hospital product approval process and identifying new target hospitals and physicians. The RSM will also assist with training surgeons and hospital staff.
