About The Position

Brunner & Lay, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer based in Springdale, Arkansas, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow its Western territory, covering California, Nevada, and Arizona. The company serves the mining, demolition, and construction industries and has operated for more than 140 years. The role supports existing customers, develops new business, and grows regional sales through work with distribution partners and direct accounts. The manager must live within the territory and be available for overnight travel up to 75% to 80% of the time. Most travel involves driving a company-provided pickup truck. The manager plans their schedule, coordinates customer visits, and maintains regular in-person contact with customers throughout the region.

Requirements

At least five years of sales experience.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to manage a large territory, plan travel, and follow through on customer commitments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Residence within California, Nevada, or Arizona.
A valid driver’s license.
