Regional Sales Manager- Western Territory

About The Position

Brunner & Lay, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow its Western territory, covering California, Nevada, and Arizona. The company is a family-owned manufacturer based in Springdale, Arkansas, serving the mining, demolition, and construction industries for more than 140 years. The Regional Sales Manager will support existing customers, develop new business, and work with distribution partners and direct accounts to grow regional sales. The role requires residence within the territory and overnight travel up to 75% to 80% of the time, primarily by driving a company-provided pickup truck. The manager plans their schedule, coordinates customer visits, and maintains regular in-person contact with customers throughout the region.

Requirements

At least five years of sales experience.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to manage a large territory, plan travel, and follow through on customer commitments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Residence within California, Nevada, or Arizona.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and direct sales accounts.

Work with the National Sales Manager to meet sales goals and territory priorities.
