We are global leaders in ergonomic handling with the most advanced products in the market. To support our growth, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager. You will help support all sales activities primarily in Ontario with focus on the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and South-Western Ontario. TAWI lifting equipment enables businesses to move from manual handling to smart lifting solutions in production, logistics, and distribution where manual handling is part of daily operations. Requirements

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently out of a home-based office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and sales skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Extensive travel within the territory is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful industrial sales or business development within an industrial product line
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, engineering, or relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales growth by developing new business through sales leads, new customer prospecting & existing accounts
  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and Piab Group.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints
  • Anticipate account changes and improvements
  • Manage communications between clients and internal teams
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and establishing a timeline of performance
