About The Position

Insurcomm Restoration, part of Fortify Companies, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. This is a player-coach role where the individual will lead a team of 2-3 Business Development Managers across the region while also managing their own book of business. The role involves building team culture, setting standards, developing people, and winning accounts. The ideal candidate is a top-performing sales representative ready for leadership or a sales manager who enjoys field work. The company has over 30 years of experience in restoration and reconstruction services, and as part of Fortify Companies, aims to build a platform that aligns insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild. Requirements

  • 5+ years in field sales or account management with a demonstrated track record of building pipeline from scratch.
  • 2+ years managing or mentoring a sales team, formally or informally.
  • Experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, or the insurance ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills; confident in front of both clients and your team.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license and comfort with regular travel across the region.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Business Development Managers across the region.
  • Conduct structured 1:1s, ride-alongs, and pipeline reviews to coach performance and identify gaps.
  • Set activity standards and hold the team accountable to CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline.
  • Identify skill gaps early and drive individual development plans for each rep.
  • Partner with operations and leadership on headcount, territory design, and market prioritization.
  • Carry and manage a personal assigned territory and revenue target alongside team responsibilities.
  • Source new opportunities through direct outreach, local networking, and industry events.
  • Represent Fortify at trade shows and industry events; convert activity into booked revenue.
  • Maintain personal and team CRM records; ensure data quality across the region.
  • Partner with operations to deliver a seamless client experience from first contact through project completion.
  • Comply with all safety, driving, and jobsite requirements.
