Inside Sales Manager - Hotels & Hospitality

Uniguest•Nashville, TN
•Remote

About The Position

Uniguest is seeking a driven, consultative Regional Sales Manager to grow revenue within the hotel and hospitality market. This fully remote role focuses on developing new business and expanding relationships with existing customers, particularly independent hotels and small-to-mid-sized hotel groups. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong record of prospecting, pipeline development, and closing software or technology solutions; hospitality-market sales experience is a significant advantage. The role owns territory sales performance and the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and close. The manager builds trusted relationships with hotel decision-makers, maintains accurate pipeline and CRM records, forecasts opportunities, and collaborates with internal teams to support a positive customer experience. The position requires working independently with limited supervision. Uniguest provides secure digital signage and IPTV engagement technologies. Its software platform and related technologies support digital signage, public-use, enterprise and IP video, and meeting-room applications, helping customers and partners deliver connected content across channels.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in software, SaaS, technology, or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a fully remote role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling software or technology solutions to hotels or hospitality organizations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales revenue and profitability targets within the designated territory.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans focused on independent hotels and smaller hospitality groups.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up on qualified leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and close.
  • Build trusted relationships with hotel owners, operators, general managers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline and provide timely sales forecasts and opportunity updates in the CRM.
  • Stay current on company products, hospitality market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth handoff and positive customer experience.
  • Work independently in a remote environment with limited supervision.
