The base pay range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating new sales leads and revenue by establishing strategic business relationships with key decision-makers in medium to large retail and e-commerce organizations. This role oversees the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing contracts—within a defined geographic territory. Success in this role requires resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to align customer goals with OnTrac’s logistics solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Identify key decision-makers and build strategic relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with customer goals
  • Support onboarding of new clients to ensure volume commitments are met
  • Manage daily account activities and deliverables to meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the Director of Mid-Market Sales on reporting, administrative tasks, and territory strategy
  • Represent OnTrac at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
  • Prepare and present business reviews, and follow through on action items
