About The Position

Pacific Coast Supply is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Manager to oversee multiple branch locations within the Northern California territory. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, increasing profitability, strengthening customer relationships, and developing successful teams across the region. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a strong business acumen, proven multi-site management experience, and a passion for building a culture centered on accountability, service, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, including multi-location or regional leadership responsibility preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational performance and financial results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and profit-and-loss management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience within distribution, building materials, construction supply, or related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, and operational oversight for multiple branch locations within the assigned region.
  • Drive regional sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Partner closely with Branch and Production Managers to improve performance, develop talent, and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Analyze financial reports, budgets, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service across all branch locations.
  • Lead and support recruiting, coaching, succession planning, and employee development initiatives throughout the region.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Support organizational growth initiatives and contribute to long-term strategic planning efforts.
