About The Position

This newly created Regional Sales Manager role is driven by business expansion and offers the chance to make a significant impact in one of the company’s fastest-growing markets. The position is ideal for professionals passionate about building relationships, driving growth through channel partners, and contributing to a high-performing sales organization. The role involves managing and growing a channel partner network, developing and executing business development strategies, identifying and onboarding new partners, conducting partner meetings, collaborating cross-functionally, maintaining CRM information, and balancing strategic planning with field engagement. The work schedule is 50% field-based and 50% remote/home office, with the territory covering California, Arizona, and New Mexico. The company is part of Veralto, a global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.

Requirements

  • A degree in a science-related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or equivalent is an asset.
  • Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries (chemical, industrial, or oil & gas sectors with water exposure)
  • Strong understanding of channel partner or distributor sales models.
  • Proven ability in business development and account management.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing a CRM tool (Salesforce)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a channel partner network to drive territory performance
  • Develop and execute strategies for business development and account growth
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships
  • Conduct regular meetings with partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales initiatives and territory expansion
  • Maintain and update customer and partner information using CRM tools
  • Balance strategic planning and field engagement
