About The Position

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team within a specified region to achieve sales targets and business growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a regional or multi-location capacity.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong demonstrated experience in Cold Chain industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
