About The Position

We’re seeking a field-based sales leadership role responsible for driving regional revenue growth within a commercial distribution channel. The position oversees a field sales team, manages strategic customer relationships, and supports business development initiatives to expand market presence and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant sales or channel experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development
  • Effective communication and presentation skills at multiple organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales performance to achieve revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute regional growth plans while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts and support product expansion within existing customer portfolios.
  • Maintain sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Drive business development through new accounts, product introductions, and channel engagement.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for a field sales team.
  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with internal teams.
