About The Position

Teltonika is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join their growing USA Sales team. This role focuses on their networking devices portfolio, which includes industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment like routers, switches, gateways, and modems. These devices serve clients in Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy sectors. The manager will be responsible for building and developing a new sales team based in Irving, Texas, and will act as a playing coach in sales processes until the team is self-sufficient.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product
  • Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B)
  • Experience in building and motivating sales team
  • Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks
  • Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Direct and manage the performance and development of your team
  • Actively participate in hiring processes of new members to the team
  • Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met
  • Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales specialists fill the systems correctly
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth
  • Ensure order tracking and correction
  • Coordinate technical inquiries and logistics process
