ASC is looking for an accountable and capable Regional Sales Manager to lead its Oil and Gas Sales Team, which primarily covers Major Basins outside of the Permian. ASC’s go to market strategy is through 3rd Party Rep Agencies; the ideal leader can grow territory revenue & market share and also develop the region’s salespeople and rep agencies. Based near a major city in the region, this person will support and oversee sales objectives, initiatives, and strategies for the full ASC Oil and Gas product portfolio. Reporting directly to ASC’s Vice President of Sales – Oil & Gas, the Regional Sales Manager is expected to develop and execute growth plans, in addition to developing a winning culture within the region. It is imperative for this individual to understand Strategic Value Selling and to drive growth year over year with our 3rd party reps. This position requires the ability to leverage internal and external resources to achieve market share gains throughout the assigned territory.
