Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering and 3 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry, or 7 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Ability to travel domestic & international 40% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervision
  • Good technical knowledge of diesel engines
  • Good leadership skills, especially in addressing issues that cross internal departments
  • Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of upstream, downstream general Oil and Gas market
  • Knowledge of MTU products or comparable diesel products and their applications

Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas market for Rolls-Royce Solutions America products and services and provides self-driven follow through from lead to sale
  • Provide sales strategy and project management guidance for assigned market and customer accounts
  • Establish and complete achievable but challenging short-, medium- and long-term goals designed to promote and increase Rolls-Royce Solutions America's market penetration in the assigned area of responsibility
  • Manages assigned area and account responsibilities from a total support perspective and establish and/or enhance customer relationships, at the highest management level
  • Tracks and reports trends, business conditions and account status, which will affect future sales.
  • Prepares and presents professional sales presentations.
  • Develops and maintains close working relationship with OEM dealer personnel and end-users for the purpose of maintaining and increasing penetration of sales.
  • Promote a safety and compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
  • Perform special projects as required
