About The Position

Caldera Medical is seeking an experienced Medical Device sales manager to lead a team of direct sales representatives in its West Region to support company growth. The company's mission is to improve the quality of life for women through innovative surgical solutions. This role is crucial for expanding the sales team and achieving growth targets.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 full years in medical device sales management
Experience in fast growth company or division
Navigating and obtaining the VAC process; selling into hospitals for the OR
Managed at least 5 direct reports
Must have positive track record of exceeding quota during tenure as a sales rep
Bachelor’s degree
Candidates must live in the Colorado, Pacific Northwest, or California areas.

Responsibilities

Exceed monthly performance standards set by the VP of Sales
Identify and retain top talent in order to successfully grow sales team
Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota
Build strong relationships with KOLs (key opinion leaders), key strategic customers and domestic sales team
Assistance of development and growth within IDN Systems and GPOs
Lead and develop team consistent with Caldera’s C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge & Create)
