This role involves leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Senior Account Executives who sell Workday’s Solutions to existing customers. The Enterprise Management Sales team focuses on growing the company by balancing integrity and innovation, ensuring a supportive environment for employees to perform at their best and develop themselves and their colleagues. The Regional Sales Director will be a key leader driving new business and orchestrating complex sales cycles through internal teams including pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
