About The Position

PracticeMatch, an M3 company and the industry leader in providing practicing physician and resident/fellow data and services to in-house physician staffing professionals, is seeking a Regional Sales Director. This role will establish, develop, and maintain sales efforts and processes to ensure the highest standard of client servicing. The Regional Sales Director will generate new leads, effectively sell company products and services, and develop new business by identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and building relationships. The position involves maintaining and driving a healthy pipeline of deals, managing upsells, and building knowledge and relationships within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will achieve all individual sales goals and quotas, meeting or exceeding sales targets quarterly and annually, and will implement ideas and strategies for the growth and success of the sales division. Responsibilities include creating, planning, and delivering presentations, assisting in determining pricing schedules, creating quotes, delivering proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also requires contributing to a vibrant, competitive, and supportive team culture focused on achieving success for accounts and building lasting client relationships, as well as effectively advising clients, presenting services, overcoming objections, and providing consultation and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalency preferred
  • 5-10 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to effectively work with and sell to C-suite, HR departments, and senior executives
  • Ability to effectively communicate with counterparts, management, clients, and internal departments
  • Strong record of target achievement (sales, revenue, quotas, margins, etc.)
  • Collaborative and supportive with colleagues
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in resolving issues, brainstorming, and problem-solving

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in physician recruitment or healthcare sales
  • Proven track record in sales for healthcare recruitment

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain sales efforts and processes to ensure quality of client servicing is of the highest possible standard.
  • Generate new leads with prospective clients.
  • Effectively sell company’s products and services and develop new business by identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and building relationships.
  • Maintain and drive a healthy pipeline of deals of clients and manage upsells on certain clients within set times frames.
  • Build knowledge and relationships with clients with assign territory.
  • Achieve all individual sales goals and quotas, meeting as a minimum or exceeding sales targets quarterly and annually.
  • Implement ideas and strategies for the growth and success of the sales division.
  • Effectively create, plan, and deliver presentations on company’s products and services.
  • Assist in determining pricing schedules, creating quotes, delivering proposals, and negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Contribute to a vibrant, competitive, and supportive culture within the team where all team members focus on achieving success for their accounts and building/fostering lasting client relationships.
  • Effectively advise clients, present services, overcome objections, and provide consultation and recommendations to clients.
