About The Position

The Regional Portfolio Supervisor leads a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties for the Stellar Family of Companies, a privately held, vertically integrated real estate firm specializing in investment, development, construction, and management. The role develops people, supports property teams, and helps shape the organization’s growth. The supervisor works with company departments and ownership to advance portfolio performance and deliver a strong resident experience. The position involves an active, hands-on role and approximately 50% travel.

Responsibilities

Set an example through attitude, knowledge, and treatment of others.
Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and in person.
Implement company policies and initiatives across the portfolio.
Hold team members accountable by recognizing successes and coaching through challenges.
Hire and support Property Managers across the portfolio.
Coordinate training for on-site associates.
Ensure on-site customer service practices reflect industry best practices.
Resolve escalated customer service concerns.
Conduct regular property inspections and drive improvement plans.
Work with vendors and contractors on services, pricing, and terms.
Develop marketing, leasing, renewal, and budget plans.
Monitor performance against goals and make corrections as needed.
Identify and pursue new fee management business opportunities.
Report to the Director of Management Operations and company ownership.
Collaborate with HR, accounting, construction, and development.
