About The Position

The Stellar Family of Companies is seeking a Regional Portfolio Supervisor to lead a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties and support the growth of its vertically integrated real estate business. The role focuses on leading and developing teams, implementing company policies and initiatives, enhancing the resident experience, maintaining and improving properties, driving financial performance, and pursuing new fee management business. The supervisor reports to the Director of Management Operations and company ownership and collaborates with HR, accounting, construction, and development.

Requirements

Comfort with an active, hands-on role that includes walking properties, climbing stairs, and being on one's feet.
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Set a positive example through attitude, knowledge, and treatment of others.
Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and in person.
Implement company policies and initiatives across the portfolio.
Hold team members accountable by celebrating wins and coaching through challenges.
Hire and support Property Managers across the portfolio.
Coordinate training for on-site associates.
Ensure on-site customer service practices reflect industry best practices.
Resolve escalated customer service concerns.
Conduct regular property inspections and drive improvement plans.
Partner with vendors and contractors on services, pricing, and terms.
Build marketing, leasing, renewal, and budget plans.
Monitor performance against goals and make adjustments when needed.
Identify and pursue new fee management business opportunities.
Collaborate with HR, accounting, construction, and development.
