About The Position

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to on-site team members in the designated region.
• Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within the region.
• Consult with and mentor on-site managers to identify improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and monitor outcomes.
• Work with Community Managers to prepare annual operating budgets.
• Monitor budget control.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews to ensure operational and financial goals are met.
• Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements as needed to maintain each community’s market position.
