About The Position

TRUE Community Credit Union is seeking a Regional Part-Time Member Advisor to support its East Region branch locations. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in banking, customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or financial services who enjoy helping people and building lasting relationships. As a Member Advisor, you will serve as a trusted resource for members by providing exceptional service and guidance during everyday financial interactions. Responsibilities include assisting members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance, as well as helping them open new accounts and explore financial solutions aligned with their goals. The role also involves supporting consumer loan applications, educating members on digital banking tools and account security, and identifying products and services that can improve their financial well-being. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive member experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in banking, credit unions, customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or financial services preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new technology and banking systems

Responsibilities
