About The Position

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a Regional Part-Time Member Advisor to support our East Region branch locations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in banking, customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or financial services who enjoy helping people and building lasting relationships. As a Member Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our members by providing exceptional service and guidance during everyday financial interactions. You'll assist members with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account maintenance while helping them open new accounts and explore financial solutions that align with their goals. You'll also support consumer loan applications, educate members on digital banking tools and account security, and identify products and services that can improve their financial well-being. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a positive member experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning new technology and banking systems

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in banking, credit unions, customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or financial services preferred
