About The Position

TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a Part-Time Member Advisor to join our team at our Brooklyn Branch. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience as a Bank Teller, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Member Service Representative, Financial Services Representative, Customer Service Representative, or Retail Associate who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day. As a Member Advisor, you'll be a trusted resource for members by providing exceptional service and guidance through everyday financial interactions. You'll assist with transactions, account services, and lending solutions while helping members achieve their financial goals. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using technology and learning new systems

Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Open and maintain deposit accounts.
Assist with consumer loan applications.
Educate members on fraud prevention and account security.
Recommend products and services that support their financial well-being.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Identify member needs.
Build lasting relationships through every interaction.
