About The Position

The Regional Operations Specialist is Corporate Operations’ main support partner to an assigned group of branches. The Specialist ensures branches are trained on and consistently follow Associated Packaging’s standard processes and procedures, and serves as the first escalation point beyond the branch lead for day-to-day operational problems, errors, and system issues. The role supports branch success through training, follow-up, troubleshooting, and helping branch managers and teams meet KPI targets. It connects corporate strategy to branch execution by supporting process rollouts, resolving issues at their root, and promoting consistent operating standards. Each Specialist also serves as a subject matter expert in one or more assigned or qualified functional areas. The position combines office-based work with regular travel to branch locations, including warehouse environments. Branch visits may involve walking warehouse floors and following safety protocols and personal protective equipment requirements. Occasional extended hours may be needed during system rollouts, month-end, or special projects.

  • Help branch leads and managers understand operational KPIs and the processes that drive them.
  • Monitor branch-level operational metrics and reports to identify trends, gaps, and risks; work with VP Branch Operations on training gaps identified through missed metrics.
