About The Position
The Regional Operations Manager oversees regional installer recruiting, development, and management, and is responsible for meeting regional installation demands. The role directly manages the Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training, and performance management. The manager spends at least three days per week in the field working with team members, including providing training and onboarding and managing installation partners. When not in the field meeting clients, the position offers flexibility to work from a home office.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience.
- Five or more years of related experience working with industrial and commercial projects.
- Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills.
- Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
- Computer literacy, including experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo, and Microsoft 365.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all elements of regional installer recruiting, development, and management.
- Directly manage the Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Recruit installation resources as needed to meet regional installation demands, including orientation and onboarding.
- Spend at least three days per week in the field working with team members, including training, onboarding, and managing installation partners.
