About The Position

Sentrillion is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations in the San Antonio region and maintain high performance standards in the field. The role oversees installation and maintenance operations, supports technology systems implementation, and ensures projects are delivered effectively. The manager coordinates workforce planning, monitors operations against performance standards, participates in project delivery meetings, tracks progress, and addresses challenges. The position also involves leading teams and collaborating with cross-regional teams in a customer-centric organization.

Requirements

Strong leadership abilities.
Proficiency in managing field installation and maintenance operations.
Understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
Analytical skills for cost analysis and project cost estimation.
Ability to perform risk assessments, report risks, and recommend actions.

Familiarity with software tools that support operational management, cost analysis, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

Oversee regional field operations and coordinate efforts to optimize workforce planning.

Ensure operations comply with company policies and Quality Management System processes.
