Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in distribution or logistics, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record leading SAP implementations (S/4HANA or ECC preferred) within a distribution or supply chain environment
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation management, and end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and performance improvements
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing multi-site distribution networks
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics, reporting tools, and supply chain technologies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute distribution strategies that align with organizational goals and growth initiatives
  • Lead day-to-day operations across distribution centers, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
  • Oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) within distribution and logistics
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless system integration and process alignment
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and transportation efficiency
  • Manage third-party logistics providers and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to reduce costs and improve service levels
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing distribution teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence
