Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in distribution or logistics, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record leading SAP implementations (S/4HANA or ECC preferred) within a distribution or supply chain environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation management, and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and performance improvements
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing multi-site distribution networks
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification
- Familiarity with advanced analytics, reporting tools, and supply chain technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute distribution strategies that align with organizational goals and growth initiatives
- Lead day-to-day operations across distribution centers, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
- Oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) within distribution and logistics
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless system integration and process alignment
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and transportation efficiency
- Manage third-party logistics providers and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to reduce costs and improve service levels
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing distribution teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence
