About The Position
Align Executive Search is partnering with a healthcare organization to hire an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant supporting nursing practices and driving excellence across three skilled nursing facilities on Oahu, Hawaii. This hands-on regional role collaborates with facility leadership to review survey outcome trends and recommend improvements. The facilities have stable leadership, and the position is described as a true regional role rather than a float Director of Nursing position. The organization is locally owned and operated, has more than 40 years of history, and emphasizes a resident-first culture. Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to Hawaii.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Success improving survey results and working with state and federal regulations in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active RN license in any state and ability to obtain a Hawaii RN license.
