About The Position

The Regional Marketing Manager oversees and manages marketing strategy, marketing program planning and development for Service Experts local service centers for assigned regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years marketing related experience
  • 3+ years direct marketing and lead generation experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Superior analytical abilities and ability interpret multiple points of data
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
  • Strong knowledge of marketing & advertising principles
  • Advertising Agency management experience
  • Prepared and available for travel within the Area and to Service Experts locations
  • Exceptional problem-solving and planning skills
  • A complete and thorough understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant office software
  • Ability to assess the Regional/Area markets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Regional strategic marketing plans.
  • Work with center management and Regional Directors on strategic marketing planning and development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Market research planning and analysis
  • Ensure Service Experts brand standards are consistently applied in all marketing communications
  • Direct the development of revenue generating consumer campaigns for applicable Service Experts Centers
  • Assist in the development of internal communication materials for consumer campaigns
  • Review marketing performance using data from internal and external sources
  • Review media efficiency and cost savings procurement for applicable centers
  • Develop and implement test and control plans to improve direct marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Facilitate regular marketing reviews to ensure marketing programs and tactics are fully supporting business objectives for responsible centers
  • Responsible for the effective implementation of all marketing programs within Region and Areas.
  • Works with Corporate VP, Field Sales & Corporate Marketing as well as with Area Sales Managers, to develop national, regional and area marketing and sales promotions
  • Provide field support for Corporate Marketing programs (co-ordination, execution, measurement & feedback)
  • Post campaign analysis and communication of best practices
  • Identify company partnership opportunities including local or regional utilities and partners
  • Other duties as assigned
