Regional Marketing Manager

Unified Women's HealthcareHeritage Hills, CO

About The Position

The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) functions as the marketing lead for one-third of CCRM Fertility Network markets. This role combines account management and hands-on execution, requiring the candidate to own the client relationship with market-level stakeholders, quarterback campaigns through CCRM's corporate marketing infrastructure, and execute tactics directly. The ideal candidate will possess the client management instincts of a seasoned account lead and the get-it-done orientation of someone who has built campaigns, managed event logistics, and owned digital presence firsthand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with meaningful time in an agency account management, field marketing, or multi-market client-facing role
  • Proven track record owning client or stakeholder relationships while staying close to tactical execution
  • Hands-on experience building or managing campaigns across paid, organic, and local channels
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple markets, workstreams, and deadlines
  • Excellent communicator — equally confident in a QBR presentation and a Slack thread

Nice To Haves

  • Agency background with experience managing multi-location or franchise clients
  • Healthcare, women's health, or consumer health marketing experience
  • Familiarity with reputation management platforms (Birdeye, Podium, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile management
  • Experience managing patient testimonial or advocacy programs

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for practice administrators, physician liaisons, and local clinical leadership across assigned markets.
  • Lead regular market check-ins and partner with Regional Directors of Operations on Monthly Site Reviews — own the prep, facilitation, and follow-through.
  • Translate market-level feedback, goals, and pain points into clear briefs for the central marketing team.
  • Field and triage all incoming marketing questions, requests, and escalations from your markets; resolve what you can, route what you can't.
  • Coordinate and schedule cross-functional meetings and planning sessions as needed.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to local stakeholders — proactively bringing ideas and opportunities rather than waiting to be asked.
  • Partner with the Marketing Analytics Manager to build and present monthly performance decks for each market — own the narrative, not just the slides.
  • Track market-level KPIs (brand awareness, lead volume, acquisition, campaign performance) and surface actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor local competitive activity and new market entrants; proactively alert the marketing team to meaningful shifts.
  • Provide periodic competitive landscape summaries to inform regional and network-wide strategy.
  • Build and execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns (paid social, organic content, email, OOH, community) using CCRM's corporate marketing infrastructure and brand guidelines.
  • Customize corporate campaign assets and messaging for local market nuances, audience demographics, and competitive context.
  • Collaborate with central media, creative, and digital teams to brief, traffic, and optimize market-level campaigns.
  • Own listings and reputation management for your markets — Google Business Profiles, Healthgrades, Yelp, and beyond — including review monitoring and response cadence.
  • Support local SEO efforts in partnership with the digital team, ensuring market-level pages and profiles are optimized and current.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of local events: patient seminars, community partnerships, fertility awareness activations, and physician outreach events.
  • Leverage practice administrators and physician liaisons as execution partners — brief them clearly and hold them accountable.
  • Identify and pitch new event and sponsorship opportunities that align with growth goals in each market.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, promotional materials, and post-event follow-through.
  • Own the collection and documentation of patient stories across all assigned markets — maintain an active pipeline of testimonials for use across brand, social, and digital channels.
  • Coordinate local content capture efforts, working with clinical teams and patients to surface compelling educational and emotional stories.
  • Support the central content team with market-specific briefs, imagery needs, and local context.
