The Regional Marketing Manager is a results-driven, hands-on, and collaborative marketing professional responsible for executing localized marketing strategies and high-impact programs across their assigned regions. This role is pivotal in translating national marketing strategies into effective regional actions, working in a dedicated "regional pod" to connect with sales, SDRs, operations, and design resources to achieve specific market objectives. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding regional nuances, executing multi-channel campaigns, and fostering strong local relationships to enhance brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support sales success. Overview of the position: The Regional Marketing Manager will drive localized marketing execution across two assigned regions in the U.S. and/or Canada. This role serves as the critical link between national strategy and regional activation, ensuring all marketing efforts are highly relevant, timely, and directly aligned with business goals. This individual will focus on understanding the specific needs of their regions, working intimately with sales teams, executing localized campaigns, and supporting account-based marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on regional or field marketing execution.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful localized marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, events, print, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with planning and executing industry tradeshows, customer events, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with sales teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking campaign performance and making data-driven decisions; proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter.
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Regional Marketing to develop and execute detailed regional marketing plans that align with national strategy and address specific regional business objectives and sales targets for two assigned regions.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison and point of execution for assigned regions, working closely and collaboratively within a "regional pod" structure with regional sales teams, SDRs, operations, overlays, and a dedicated graphic designer to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
  • Execute the localization of national campaigns, adapting messaging, content, and channels to reflect unique regional customer needs, market conditions, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
  • Directly manage and execute a variety of regional marketing activities, including but not limited to: Deployment and utilization of Regional Marketing Tool kits, Planning and execution of Local Industry Tradeshows, Development of Regional Case studies, Coordination of Regional Field Blitz and Field Product Blitz initiatives, Management of 20 group events, Providing Distribution Support, Facilitating Marketing Site Ride support, Implementing regional Demand/lead generation initiatives, Placing Local Business Journal Advertisements, Organizing Regional Customer Appreciation Events, Conducting Partnership Marketing Workshops (for local partners), Managing Localized Digital Advertising Campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the TSS graphic design team to request and refine region-specific signage, collateral, presentations, and other visual assets that support brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Plan and execute regional events (virtual and in-person), sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives designed to build brand visibility, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Managers to effectively incorporate product messaging, feature updates, and competitive differentiation into regional campaigns and customer communications.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships and maintain proactive communication with all members of the regional pod and corporate marketing to align regional execution with national priorities and share best practices.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of regional marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and return on investment (ROI), providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Gather and provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback from the assigned regions to the Director of Regional and Field Marketing to inform broader marketing strategy and planning.
  • Manage the allocated regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, adherence to financial targets, and timely processing of invoices.
  • Ensures personal compliance with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and company-wide marketing discussions as required.
