  • Partner with regional and division leaders, Safety, Operations, Finance, and Corporate Training to set priorities, improve training effectiveness, resolve barriers, and support startups, transitions, vacancies, and high-priority divisions.
  • Manage instructor certification, recertification, qualification, assessment, coaching, and train-the-trainer processes, while building classroom and Behind-the-Wheel training capability across assigned divisions.
  • Monitor training compliance, documentation accuracy, record completeness, and audit readiness, including oversight of OET, ELDT, Training Provider Registry, required evaluations, refresher training, and related requirements.
  • Conduct division assessments and audits to validate instructional quality, program execution, instructor performance, training resources, regulatory and client compliance, and completion of corrective actions.

  • Provide regional field leadership through strategic division travel, cross-functional partnership, risk escalation, certification, coaching, assessment, and after-hours coordination when critical issues require support.
  • Promote ethical conduct and adherence to policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Define standards for services and work processes and hold appropriate leaders accountable for meeting them.
  • Communicate complex training, compliance, budget, and risk information clearly in writing, conversations, presentations, and executive discussions.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Operations, Safety, Finance, Human Resources, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use source data to validate concerns, set priorities, and develop practical recommendations.
  • Exercise sound judgment in balancing travel, urgent support, compliance exposure, financial accountability, and competing regional needs.
  • Drive results while developing sustainable division capability and maintaining clear ownership boundaries.
