About The Position

Carteret Management Corporation is hiring a Regional Manager to drive performance across a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Central Florida. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to ensure operational success, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident experiences. The Regional Manager partners with on-site teams to elevate performance, optimize operations, and strengthen communities while aligning with Carteret’s values of customer service, communication, and competency. Carteret Management has managed affordable housing in Florida since 1971 and oversees more than 5,000 apartment homes statewide. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience as a Regional Manager, or at least 10 years as an on-site Property Manager with relevant certifications (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP, or equivalent).
Expertise in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
Willingness to travel.
Proven leadership in multi-site property management.
Deep knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance.
Strong operational and financial management skills.
Passion for developing teams and improving communities.
