The Regional Maintenance Manager will plan, implement and review all aspects of property preventative maintenance operations and services. This role involves traveling to assigned communities to prepare properties for NSPIRE, leading onsite teams to achieve high scores, and managing 24-hour deficiencies as well as 30/60-day follow-ups post-inspection. The position also includes developing and training onsite teams on NSPIRE standards and software usage, working with Asset Management and Operations to establish maintenance standards, ensuring quality workmanship and cost-effectiveness, assisting in employee evaluations, and maintaining organized and safe maintenance shops. The role also involves capital forecasting, identifying maintenance issues, reporting deficiencies, coordinating major tool purchases, and negotiating costs for parts and supplies. The Regional Maintenance Manager must also adhere to all company policies and procedures.
